Made in Japan, each cartridge measures 57 x 57 x 95 mm and weighs 128 g. The updated exterior features a smooth, simple design while maintaining the same trusted filtration performance.
Each cartridge uses activated carbon and a polyethylene hollow fiber membrane to help remove 11 + 2 targeted substances. Activated carbon effectively reduces chlorine odor, musty smell, and total trihalomethanes, while the hollow fiber membrane filters out particles of 0.1 micrometers or larger, including bacteria and red rust. Targeted substances include free residual chlorine, turbidity, chloroform, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, bromoform, tetrachloroethylene, trichloroethylene, total trihalomethanes, CAT pesticide, 2-MIB, iron particulate, and neutral aluminum.
