Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the specific return shipping address for our Japanese warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and ship the package using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
